Allison – South Dakota Wedding Inspiration

Allison is planning for a fall ceremony and reception at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls. We are assisting with Allison’s invitation design, ceremony and reception design. As you can see from this inspiration board, the prominent colors are ivory and taupe, with the floral bringing in most of the color. Very bright reds, oranges and greens will be used to brighten up the Great Hall Stage!

Kate will be having a winter wedding in January. She stopped into the studio a bit frazzled about what to do for her wedding decor. We sat with Kate and figured out a few centerpiece and other decorative designs for her. We’ve incorporated white carnation balls, clear marbles and silver stands into all decor elements for this winter wedding design.

Lindsey will be having her wedding in Pierre this December. She is wanting to put a twist on the traditional Christmas colors and incorporate deep orange with olive green tones. We are assisting Lindsay with her wedding design and helping her pull all of the details together.

Heather was hoping for a tropical wedding with a bit more time to plan, but due to some unexpected circumstances she will be getting married in September. Living out of state, she called the studio after booking her reception at CJ Callaway’s in desperation to pull her wedding details together in the next couple months. As you can see from the elements, we’ve come up with some great ideas to create a very intimate, country ceremony with an elegant tropical spin… LOVE this concept board with all of it’s natural elements and rich color tones!

We’ve been busy planning and designing for our December and January clients. Lauren will be having a New Year’s wedding at the Museum of Visual Materials. Colors include silver and deep red. Lauren’s style is classic elegance, she loves feathers, sparkle and satin. We’ve proposed the tables be set with satin and organza linens, with silver vases housing deep red floral arrangements.

Red & Teal – South Dakota Wedding Idea

I absolutely love this color combination. I would have never thought red would mesh SO well with a teal or pool blue, but it turned out AMAZING! This shoot was done before re-doing the floors in our downtown space. It was the perfect setting for this contemporary wedding reception design.

Jennifer will be having her ceremony and reception one of our favorite venues, the Washington Pavilion. The ceremony will be held in the Belbas Theatre and reception in the Everest Gallery. Her color choices include deep red/berry, black and ivory. When designing this inspiration board and wedding decor, we had to keep in mind the groom-to-be’s one request, apples or fruit. Paige will be braving the elements this December with a winter inspired wedding ceremony and reception. The reception is tentatively being planned at Callaway’s which compliments this color palette of charcoal, light gray, silver and white. While looking for an accent color for this South Dakota wedding inspiration, we were drawn to a bright green. The brighter green is a nice way to liven up this winter palette, while keeping with the colors of the season.
